Sirocco
At the Valley’s top Zagat-rated multi-award winning restaurant Sirocco, guests are tantalized by the sophisticated Italian menu passionately orchestrated under the guidance of 18-year veteran Chef Gregorio Calderin. The restaurant features time-honored Italian fare complemented by Calderin’s culinary magic using farm fresh to the table twists on traditional dishes. “I love designing menus that share the traditional but also introduce new and exciting flavors to savor,” he shares.
Upon entering the restaurant, guests are immersed in the romantic Mediterranean setting with spectacular lake views. Every meal at Sirocco begins with an amuse-bouche or regalo (gift), an unexpected touch to each guest’s dining experience. Calderin entices palates with a varied selection of seasonal signature pastas, risottos, chicken, steak and seafood dishes along with weekly specials, all complemented by fine wines. The restaurant is proud to have been named numerously throughout the years in Wine Spectator’s World’s Best Restaurant Wine List. Patrons of Sirocco enjoy complimentary valet parking.

Cava
One of Palm Springs’ most popular bistro-style restaurants, CAVA welcomes you to a unique dining experience surrounded by a stunning mountain view. Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, the bistro’s selections have a distinctive California flare, with dishes prepared using the freshest ingredients, many locally-grown or locally-produced.
Menu favorites for breakfast include the Lemon Ricotta Pancakes with Fresh Temecula Raspberries, fresh-squeezed juices, and Huevos Rancheros Benedict. Lunches at CAVA are famous for the locally-farmed salads and the fresh-baked flatbread dishes. At dinner, the menu shifts focus to an extraordinarily creative array of entrees. Fare includes everything from a 40-day aged New York Steak Oscar with fresh jumbo lump crab, to fresh Market Salmon with an enticing tandoori rub and saffron rice, to Cacciatore-style Wild Sea Bass with mushroom risotto.
The wine list at CAVA showcases the best California vintners, with an extensive selection of reds and whites by the glass. We are also quite proud of our dessert menu, with decadent offerings such as the Vanilla Bean Crème Brûlée topped with local mixed berries, or Mom’s Apple Crisp Á la Mode, or the Shameless Chocolate Cake with a luscious warm chocolate center.

Glo Lobby Bar and Sushi Bar
Featuring a wide collection of sake, microbrews, domestic and imported favorites, and a full selection of liquors, the Glo Lobby Bar is always the right place to meet for an afternoon cocktail with friends, or a late-night aperitif with one special someone. Enjoy hand-crafted cocktails in our living room style lounge, or around the outdoor patio Fire Pits. Let our experienced mixologists introduce you to some of our signature Palm Springs cocktails, like a Desert Rose Martini featuring pomegranate liqueur and hibiscus tea, or for those looking for little extra kick, an Esmeralda Margarita.
Tucked off the main lobby and featuring a varied selection of rolls and sashimi, Glo Sushi Bar offers diners a cozy atmosphere in the midst of the lively Glo Lobby Bar. Sushi in the desert? If it’s at our casual and intimate Glo Sushi Bar, prepare to be surprised and delighted! Complementing the delicious sushi is an expansive sake menu.

Cafe Biscotti and The Pool Bar
In addition to its selection of restaurant dining options, the Renaissance Esmeralda Resort and Spa offers two more casual eateries. Before starting a fun-filled day at the resort, guests can grab a quick breakfast at Café Biscotti, which offers Starbucks coffee and an assortment of homemade muffins and pastries. During their daytime adventures by the pool, can guests enjoy the Renaissance signature frozen Arnold Palmer, a delicious Mai-Tai, or a selection of lunch fare at the Pool Bar, without leaving their towels behind.
